Plaice (Pleuronectes platessa) is a fish of flatfish family.

Did you know that eating marine fish prolongs life . All sea products and sea fish. especially salmon, tuna, sardines etc are rich in fatty acids omega – 3. Fish is the only product that does not confirm the rule “the less fat you have, the better!”
